The jury is still out! I went in for jus first visit everything went ok second visit everything went ok third I got half of a root canal the second half got done 2 weeks later I developed an abcess ended up with a 2,000.00 er bill after insurance they had to do a cat scan. They invited me yo to come in but I was already on strong antibiotics. They called with great news that my partial came in the day I was scheduled to come in when on my way to the office I got a call telling me that the Dr was sick the next day I heard nothing tha today I called no answer! I just don’t know

The front desk experience was excellent thanks to Rama. She was welcoming, organized, and very helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in.

I went in for a cleaning. First, they didn't have my appointment in the computer, even though I had scheduled AND prepaid the prior week. The assistant was great, but the dentist didn't do ANYTHING. She glanced in my mouth, mumbled a "treatment plan" which I couldn't hear nor discern, then walked out and left me sitting there until the assistant came back and told me we were done. No cleaning, no diagnosis, nothing. They said they'll be in touch to schedule my next appointment..... For what, exactly, I don't know. I JUST wanted a cleaning! The dentist never even told me her name!

Dr. Naseer told me very little and didn't leave any time for questions or give me any feedback. I asked one question at the end of my cleaning, she rushed through her response, and then she just left the room. The only feedback she gave me is to consider Invisalign, and only that. She didn't communicate with me really before, during, or after the session, and was quite rude and seemed in a rush the whole session.

We took my mother-in-law here, and we couldn’t have asked for better service! They had no issues with her unique insurance situation, and the treatment was top-notch!
