By and large the staff here are extremely caring. Sure, there still exist those just wanting a paycheck, but I've been here for two different stretches of rehab, and it's like being with family--so many great people. The physical therapy and occupational therapy individuals are equally caring and remarkable, even if they work for a third party, they assimilate seamlessly into the culture. From upper management to the cleaning staff, so many give their best to their jobs, and what more could you ask for? *** I suppose I spoke too soon. Let's just say that things didn't end well during my last stay and I left early from my rehab. You take what life gives you. I still appreciate the service of many here. That's all I'll say.

My mom came here for rehab and I would visit my mom everyday to make sure she was being attended to. Her HR was in the 140’s at resting. I had my own pulse oximetry, so I checked it myself. She looked very dehydrated and sweaty. The nurses didn’t think to call the doctor or recommend her to be transferred to the hospital. I had to advocate for my mom and tell them I wanted her to be admitted. The doctor at the hospital that she was admitted to found some more problems that happened and he said if I didn’t advocate to get her admitted she would’ve went into cardiac arrest. The case manager called me and asked if I wanted her to go back to Tuscany and I said no I want her to be taken to a different facility. My mom was also complaining how her bottom was hurting, so I’m assuming there has b

My mom received the worst care. First, she was not getting turned at night. Second, my mother accidentally spilled her water in the night, & when I returned 12 hours later, mother had not had water for about 12 hours! The nurses aid… had pushed moms tray table away, preventing her from accessing it, which contained my moms cell phone and nitro pills. Mom needed her phone to communicate with the aid because she’s deaf and it has an app that helps her know what the aids say. The aid did not refill my mother’s water, either. In the morning, a new aid came and brought moms water 5 far away from where she was sitting, but mom could not reach it and can’t walk. I reported this to the nurse. But they said nothing to the aid. This was the best place. All the nurses and the Doctors are excellent. Jennifer, Amber and Glenne are awesome .. the physical therapists are exceptional ..Amy and Diamond and co workers brought my brother back from him losing his wife. He is up and about and doing his therapy on his own now.. Now Jeff said : quote “Great People Work Here” I have already put a reservation for myself when it’s my time and I need help. The grounds and the buildings are big and luxurious. More like a vacation and more important than anything is . every single person is a kind and caring person.. Thank you Tuscany Nursing Home!!

Mother developed rashes and infections from improper care at this facility. Spent three weeks on a plastic mat with no bed sheet. Dilapidated rooms and equipment. No responses to call buttons. Understaffed and underpaid attendants always left the doors open, left trash, and left dirty linens in the room. Terrible food. Just No.
