Absolutely amazing and caring people there. I came to them with a tough situation involving a hearing aid charger and they were able to help me get a new one ordered and provide a loaner in the meantime. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful. We will be bringing our business here for our hearing aid needs.

I got a Starkey from Dr. Matthews and 3 mo later I am so happy to say that I hear great! Everything was promptly addressed. Her staff was so experienced and helpful and even advocated on my behalf with my insurance company. They are professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to any request.
