Turner Place Senior Living

Great senior community. Plenty of friends and activities. A peaceful place to live. Pet friendly with a dog park. Close to places to eat and anything you could need within minutes of your front door.

I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed my apartment. The management has been right on top of any concerns I've have and my utility bill has been very economical. This is a great little community and a wonderful place to live and our porches are big enough for 2 chairs to enjoy sitting and visiting on. Turner Place is definitely a great place to live.

I have lived here almost 3 years. I have great neighbors. There are many opportunities to meet people and participate in numerous activities. Everyone looks out for each other. Management is awesome! Can't find a better place to live.

I recently moved out of state, leaving Turner Place Senior Living after a short 6 month stay. Here are my reflections: - The management (Jay, Erica and, to a social extent, Addice) all aim to please with professionalism, care, and heart. - The place is well kept, and maintenance issues are generally addressed in a timely fashion. Where needed contingency plans are prepared to address ongoing concerns (septic, aging vegetation, etc.) so that tenants can enjoy a sustainably pleasant living experience. - Management strives to maintain ample reserves and budgets with forethought to avoid passing on expenses to tenants (i.e., strives to minimize rent increases and/or avoids additional fees for water, garbage, etc.). - Deposits are returned (minus pre-negotiated cleaning fees, reasonable r

I have a two bedroom apartment in Turner Place, Whitney TX. I’ve been here since September 2020 and absolutely love it. I heard there was a review on here about a high electric bill but mine have always been very reasonable. Oat month with a. Ice coo apartment it was $46.32. And has never been more than that. I also have so many new friends and am having a wonderful time. ❤️❤️❤️
