The doctors, Blaine and Cody Emery, are absolutely awesome! They’re thorough, they listen, and they’re great with kids. Every visit has been a positive experience — the front desk staff and nurses are always friendly and helpful. The wait times are usually quick, unless it’s really busy, which is totally understandable. Overall, a fantastic urgent care!

WTH? My sister just paid cash up front for a visit and got a lecture from the owner about being nice to staff. All she did was question the paperwork and not even mean. Just asked if it was necessary. I don't understand truly. Won't be back The answer below does nothing to answer the question and everything to deflect. I stand by my statement that she disrespected no one, and deserved better treatment. End of story, anything else is hearsay or misinterpreted. She is allowed to ask questions about the process, just a you are allowed your process. It's called Healthcare

Front desk lady with the tattoos and short red hair needs to do better on her customer service. When I approached the desk to be seen she did not greet me or anything. It almost felt like I was bothering her.

The staff at Whitney Urgent Care are so sweet and were above and beyond compassionate this week when I needed them. And then they called today to check on me! My family is blessed to be able to call upon them when we have minor emergencies and the drs office is either closed or can’t fit us in.

Blaine, and the whole staff, we're exceptional during a pretty bad week for me. The pain is almost completely gone, and my vision is returning quickly. I can't overstate the kindness and professionalism from this small town clinic. Thank y'all so much!
