Turlock Urgent Care

My daughter clearly had strep throat, and I needed antibiotics for her, but they would not see her unless she took a COVID test. It felt like an unnecessary requirement since there is no specific treatment for COVID. Unless they are just trying to charge me more. Strep throat is easy to recognize, and this policy was very frustrating. I ended up going to Express Lane Urgent Care instead.

This place used to be my favorite for years when I needed fast good quality medical attention, however, that is not the case anymore. The PA’s are incompetent, they lack empathy and no longer care for the well being of their paying patients. I will NEVER go back to this clinic, and I do NOT recommend it!!!

My daughter was seen last week and they charged me $250 to diagnose her with an upper respiratory infection. She has not improved, I called and they want another $250 to see her! So, $500 in 1 week when you didn’t get it right the first time? That’s robbery!!! It was robbery for the first visit! I would never recommend this place.

Facility so clean, staff so welcoming and friendly, P.A.'s so professional and expedient. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
