We loved the owner, Monica! She was was really wonderful with my boyfriend, who is hard of hearing. She was patient, respectful, kind and a bit sassy. Loved her humor. She took her time with him, educated him, and made him feel like a person, not a number. She really knows her stuff, so if you are looking for a place that will take care of all your hearing health needs, Monica and her staff have you covered. 😊

It IS too bad that there are not MORE folks like yourself ... friendly staff ... VERY knowledgeable "front desk" ... she helped me over the phone with how to setup my new hearing aid not just for the "regular" setup ... But also have both phone calls and music. I did have to figure out that ... you simply go to "Bluetooth" and do a "disconnect" of the hearing aid so that the cell phone can simply use "speaker mode". Simply go back to "Bluetooth" icon and reconnect the hearing aid when you only what everything to go thru the hearing aid.

From the time I made my first call I have had great customer service. The navigation through the insurance to delivery of the Hearing Aids I had a wonderful experience.

I've needed hearing aids for a long time and finally decided to do something about it. I had thought about getting them from one of the many over the counter company's or from Costco but decided to go to Central Valley Hearing Health and I'm glad I did. This my first time getting hearing aid. All the staff are very helpful and they answered all my questions I had. Also I have a huge opening in my left ear and they made the perfect molding of my left ear and the hearing aid fits perfectly.
