just got off the phone after checking the results they told me were negative. doctor or nurse or whoever she was (calling back soon to get her name) said that a 1:64 result was a stronger confirmation than a 1:256 result (these are dilutions so this person didnt pay much attention in bio) she also claims a 1:256 igg means theres no possible active infection, which, is also incorrect. good thing i record all my phone calls for malpractice purposes... I'll be ordering fish doxycycline online since these people are pretty useless

Initially I was hesitant to come here due to the bad reviews, but figured the reviews are better than the other option, so went ahead with the walk-in. I am relieved and happy to report that I had a great experience here. There was not a long wait, despite there being multiple people. Each person was called in the order they arrived. They were straight to the point with the care I needed. Ran the test, and then had me out rather quickly. Prescription was sent to pharmacy, and I am now at home with my medicine. I thought the staff was friendly, and I felt very comfortable with them. I would definitely recommend this place. No issues here at all, from what I experienced. Spent a day at Athol Hospital ER. Influenza A. I don’t have a primary, he retired. They gave me a list of Drs accepting new patients. I called Tully Urgent care to set up a follow up appointment and they told me they were not accepting new patients.End of discussion So you are screwed. It’s a clinic for Gods sake How can you turn people away. Heartless. I called another clinic. They told me they would never turn anyone away. That is where I shall be going. Heywood should terminate their relationship with Tully Urgent Care as they are not supporting patients from their hospital.

This urgent care is one of the best I have ever went to! The staff were very friendly, and quickly brought me in and immediately gave me care. The best part is their availability for a Saturday emergency, something I couldn’t get locally. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care for your pop-up emergencies!

Went in for a UTI as this was the only place in-network within an hour. I was charged $470 for a 15 discussion with a disinterested doctor, a urine screening, and antibiotics. I have been asking for an itemized bill for the charges and have been unable to speak to a real person since receiving my bill and have not received anything but repeat bills that I have continued to dispute. STAY AWAY
