One of the hardest vet visits we’ve ever had but the staff was extremely kinda and compassionate, and gave all the options and time we needed. I have had trouble at other vets but no issues here and we ended up deciding on humane euthanasia for our cat. Thank you to the veterinarian and all the veterinarian assistance. Beans was in great hands and was very comfortable in her final moments. Pricing was very comparable to non emergency vets I have been too.

We have a house full of dogs, but this is our first time needing emergency care on a weekend. I’m extremely happy that we chose Tulare Kings Vet Emergency!! The staff were all kind and compassionate and the Vet was top notch! So nice and very, very informative, every step of the way! I highly recommend this team of caregivers for your pet emergencies!!! My husky had a limp and I was concerned. First time pet owner so I wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. I was able to walk in and get help. Since it wasn’t an emergency I did have to wait due to how busy they were. The staff (the front desk lady, the tech, and the doctor) were all extremely professional and welcoming. I could tell they cared about their work and were capable. They’re also very honest transparent about the costs upfront and didn’t recommend additional expensive tests for my husky (he turned out to be fine). I could definitely see some shadier places preying on owners’ fears and desperation but not this place. Thank you for making sure my Dante was just fine and giving me peace of mind!

I love everyone here. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, especially during stressful visits like when our two dogs got into something they shouldn’t have. We’re never judged for coming in scared or worried — instead, they act quickly, explain everything clearly, and truly put us at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about both pets and their people.

My pup is back to normal and I am soooo grateful. I just moved to Bakersfield 4 months ago and just a week ago I bought a Shih Tzu Terrier Mix. My friend’s son was playing with him and dropped him, so my husband and I Googled 24hr veterinarian hospital. The first hospital I went to was off of Easton and unfortunately they couldn’t see my pup because the doctor was doing a surgery. They were helpful and pointed me to another one in Bakersfield and this one in Tulare. I called the other one in Bakersfield and she flat out told me there was nothing they could do. Yes!!!!
