I was very pleased with Dr. Shih's diagnosis for the reason that my second toe on my left foot is deformed and in pain. He offered a simple in office solution to relieve the tendon so my toe can straighten out a little bit. It was quick and painless and I have a follow up visit on March 3 to assess the result. All of his assistants are very friendly and knowledgable and took good care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Shih if you have any foot issues that you would like diagnosed and taken care of. [Also, I got an appointment the very next day when I called!--which was great]

Dr Shih and he’s entire staff are wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating. I had been dealing with a couple of issues for way too long. Dr Shih addressed them immediately and I am feeling so much better. My only regret is not making an appointment sooner. Great experience and would highly recommend Dr.Shih.

Wonderful visit. The ladies in front were cheerful and helpful. The assisting nurse took time to hear my concerns. The doctor took care of my painful foot issue in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was smiling and professional.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Shih so it was primarily an evaluation. He seems very knowledgeable, although he talks very fast. He should slow down a bit for us older folks. The overall experience with all the staff I talked to was very positive, and I do plan to try a further treatment that Dr. Shih suggested for my foot neuropathy.

I have bunions, hammer toes, leg cramps, occasional plantar fasciitis and two shifted metatarsal pad cushions. Plus my left ankle is partially “frozen”. Today tests show I also have some Neuropathy in my feet. I am almost 78 and trying to remain very active. Walking, yoga, strength, biking, Pilates. My feet feel 20 years younger. A part of each therapy was momentarily painful. I was offered but refused to reduce the shockwave level. I had two injections, shockwave on both feet, ankle stretches, range of motion tests, blood pressure and circulation tests on both feet. Best of the best of any foot doctor in my lifetime. He listened and adapted based on my preferences, schedule, and prior experience.
