Tucker House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

My brother was admitted for services on Friday! My sister and I traveled 3 hours to spend time with him and tour the facility along with addressing his service needs. We are pleased to say that first of all there was no unpleasant smells! The welcoming Front desk supervisor-April greeted us and was super kind and friendly 😃 We give big shoutout to Maria-Social Service worker, Laquija&Aniyah and Finally the Administrator-LT who was attentive to hearing our concerns and ensured that all requests would be followed up! Thanks to you all for ensuring us that our brother needs will be met! 😃🙏

Sent my Mom here because of the reviews & I’m totally convinced every single one is fake!! I was taken aback by the entrance to the room. The first thing I noticed was the wet paint signs & the paint job looked as if a toddler was hired to do so. There are actual mouse traps out in the open in the rooms. The floors look warped & the building looks really ran down to the core. I walked into my Mothers room without being asked on the floor who I was or who I came to see. During my visit someone stood outside the room peering in pretending to be working on some sort of cart. My Mother had a plate of food shoved in front of her on her tray without a tray underneath & the tiniest cup of water I’ve ever seen in my life! I made sure I labeled every item she has, but I’m going to get most of it ba

My visit was very pleasant and pleasing from the time I walked in the door I was greeted nicely and perfectly professional everything was nice and clean and in order even when I went upstairs to my visit, the receptionist at the desk was exceptional. The staff was very nice and friendly and courteous. I must say I enjoyed my visit at the Tucker house.⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enter building, security greeted me nicely, gave me instructions on how to sign in, with out no hassle, & gave me directions to my brother's room, building not in best of cleanliness nurses need to be more proactive, they're just walking around? Didn't question me or anything, no greeting, I walked right by them

I was very impressed with front the desk check in method and the attendant. This was my fourth visit to the facility it was the first time there was no overwhelming smell of urine throught the halls. Therefore my visit with our church member was pleasant.
