Tryon Medical Partners - Southpark

While I like my Doctor, getting in touch with anybody at Tryon by phone is next to impossible. I am currently on hold for 50 minutes to simply ask if I need to fast for my appointment tomorrow. This happens every time I need to speak with someone. When this practice was under atrium, it was much easier to actually speak to a person. They acted like breaking away from atrium was going to result in better patient care; the opposite has happened.

If you want exceptional care from someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly good at their job, please see Dr. Brantley. I have been going to him for 10 years now, since I was a freshman in college. I have had type one diabetes for 23 years, and he is by far the best endocrinologist there is. He truly truly values his patients, listens, and cares. I feel so blessed and fortunate to receive care under him and look forward to continuing to learn from him for years to come. My experience with Tryon Medical doctors is all good. My complaint is the charge of $342 for a covid flu text. My suggestion is to ask for charges before you accept even minor lab work.

Endocrinologist Dr Brantley is amazing - ultra knowledgeable, up-to-date, and very friendly. Both the doctors, and the nursing staff are very helpful, friendly, highly professional, and provide phenomenal care to my medical needs. As well, the check in, check out staff are great too!! They take care of all Medical specialties from Endocrinology, Cardiac, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, dermatology, Rheumatology, and Sleep Doctors. Tyron medical partners get my top review !!!
