Just moved to the area, trying to establish a PC doctor. After waiting on hold through their ear pain robot instructions, I was told to fill out the online New Patient form. Filled out the form, next day got a text to call their office. After the ear pain robot awfulness (again), I am stuck on hold for more than 10 minutes now. Guess they don't like new patients, will look for care elsewhere. Are you too greedy to hire receptionists? Very miserable experience.

I took my son here for care as a newborn recently. They were not accommodating in trying to get him an appointment within 24-48 hours as needed for discharge from the hospital but were able to do 72 hours and I agreed. The NP we saw was nice but didn’t seem to be paying much attention to what we were saying. I had to ask for his bilirubin levels to be rechecked since he was jaundice at the hospital and the pediatrician there said they needed to be monitored. There is no one in the office that can do babies so we had to go to an outside lab to have this done. We scheduled a weight check and my appointment was at 10:15 which I was on time for. They didn’t call me back until well after 10:30. At 10:45 the NP had still not been in the room to talk to me. I asked and was told she would be right

Call center is down ?? This isn’t a good look. You need to be able to get a hold of your Dr. when something happens. Please do better!

I love the Dr's but I have to say I was on hold for over a hour and a half and I am still waiting trying to get make a appointment. I really hate to do it but I'm going to have to make a appointment with another doctor 😕
