Arrived 8 minutes late for a follow-up appointment 1/5. Denied the doctor visit despite arriving within the stated policy guidelines of 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Presumably by the physician's nurse due to being "over halfway point of grace period ". What in the world are you talking about? Grace period is 15 minutes, so they arbitrarily decline it despite conforming to the policy? We made a serious attempt to appear on time, so despite adhering to guidelines, they couldn't be bothered to provide service, possibly because they didn't want to be bothered. Wouldn't be surprised if the "staff" just didn't want to be tasked with the requisite preparation associated with providing service of the physician. I visited Tryon Medical Partners for what was supposed to be a simple preventative annual checkup—just a routine blood test. I made it very clear multiple times, both when scheduling and during the visit, that I wanted only the standard annual exam covered by insurance. When scheduling, they told me the doctors were fully booked but a PA was available. I agreed, since it was just a basic annual checkup and nothing more. The PA was polite and professional, but despite all my clear instructions, I was later split-billed an additional $347 simply because they asked me a few extra questions. Their billing practices feel extremely misleading, and it comes across as a complete scam. Good luck seeing a doctor anytime within a 7 month period. Scheduling a is a joke, firing these worthless people and replacing them with robots would be a step in the right direction. Seriously, what good is this place?

I have been leaving messages for a month to schedule my colonoscopy and endoscopy. They keep sending me texts and I keep calling with availability on many days over the next three months. They have not called me back. My primary doctor sent a message. Nothing. This office is not good at all. I'm very dissatisfied. Very poor service. You can't get a human.
