I’ve visited Trust Care several times in the past. This experience has been different. I went in for an issue in November. I had some relief for a few days but my symptoms returned & I followed up with another visit late December. Doctor ordered lab results & said with it being a holiday week she’d definitely call me thy Friday or the weekend. She stated if symptoms still there she would order a CT or Ultrasound. My results posted on Christmas Eve. No word from her that Friday or weekend. I tried several times to call & left messages. No one had called me back to discuss my lab results or to follow up with me about the issue which I’m still having symptoms. Receptionist read the note on my results that stated “ not concerning “. If I could give zero stars I would… I had a very negative experience with tommy howington, a mental health provider. While I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, the concern was the manner in which my concerns were addressed. During our phone interaction, I felt spoken to in a condescending and dismissive way. My concerns were minimized, and it appeared that personal opinions were used rather than a professional, medical perspective. The interaction left me feeling invalidated and distressed. I would not recommend this provider to individuals seeking a supportive, patient-centered, or trauma-informed approach to mental health care. Very unprofessional
The two times I’ve been there once around April or May and then I just tried to go today. I have insurance, but I did not have insurance. The first visit paid. cash got treated differently than any other clinic. I’ve ever been to not happy with this location at all This visit I tried to go to today. I owe a small balance and offered to pay what I could on it I would’ve even set up a payment plan where it just starts coming out each month until it’s paid. She didn’t offer me that she was slouched. She was not very professional And did not want to help me at all. I will not be at this location ever again.
I had really bad experience over there. I had to visit them due to a cut and provider applied some glue and told I can do whatever I want including swimming. I didn't do any heavy work and the glue came of in 2-3 hours. I made visit next day and it was different provider this time. I told what I happened and initially they said it would be new visit but after more discussions they agreed and said my visit would be free. I trusted in their words. I had my card setup on autopay and they charged me for both the days. These people are cheat and keep asking me to talk to billing and billing asking to talk to provider. The receptionist is very rude. Utterly unprofessional people.
These people are rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would. These insensitive, greedy FRAUDULENT people had the nerve to charge my card $715.00 ON CHRISTMAS and refused to give me a refund because my insurance did not cover a visit from less than 2 months ago when I was making ON TIME MONTHLY PAYMENTS for said visit. The front office lied and said my account was in collections and that my insurance was not up to date, but when I finally got ahold of the billing department (who were not answering my calls), she admitted that the front office lady lied, and that my account was up to date with payments. The billing lady refused to give me a full refund because of their policy, which she could not quote at all. They only offered $450 for something that was THEIR FAULT. I am currently filing a cla
