Trumm Drug Glenwood

The staff at Trumm in Glenwood is always so friendly and helpful. Sometimes I'm looking for something and I don't know where to find it but they are always quick to help and answer any questions I have. We're lucky to have them in our area!

I have called in advance to refill a prescription and have to wait up to 1 hour and 15 minutes in one occasion ( this one was for my moms refills). Other waiting times have been 45, 30 and 20 minutes calling to refill in advance!!!! Its never less than a 20 minutes wait even requesting the refill in advance!!! I doesnt matter what it is, a suspension, pills... I have always and every time had to wait for very long. Yesterday after several years I decided to go to another pharmacy. First time, got all insurance info, filled prescription, got of the pharmacy in less than 10 minutes! I really dont understand why they do this to people at the trumm drug pharmacy in Glenwood

My prescription is never ready when I call even though they've "signed me up" multiple times for auto-refill and to recieve text messages when it is ready. Once they were even out of stock on my prescription and I had to wait to get it which is kind of a big deal to miss a pill of. They never seem to know what's going on and it shouldn't be that hard every month. The 5 years my insurance covered target pharmacy I never had an issue getting my prescription. They did get it filled today with minimal hassle so I'm hoping they'll improve.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. When you call in prescriptions, they will tell you how long or when they will be done. When you show up at that time, you end up waiting up to an hour. Today for example... I called in two prescriptions and they said they could be picked up at 4. When I arrived they told me it would be a few minutes, I waited just over a half hour. When they called my name to tell me they were done, they only had one of my refills... But they didn't tell me this,I had to ask where the second one was...only to find out that they didn't even have the medicine on hand.

They never have my prescriptions ready. I’ve even called and asked when they’d be ready and have been told 10 minutes, only to wait 20-30 on a few occasions. Today I called to ask about a prescription after being seen in urgent care and they told me not to expect them to be ready until sometime this afternoon (2+ hours) because they “have several prescriptions to fill for others too, ya know.” I was seen in urgent care for an urgent situation that requires medication.. it is obscured and completely unacceptable to be told to wait that long for acute care medication-busy or not. Enough is enough, I switched pharmacies and I won’t be back!
