Chad and his staff are wonderful people to work with! Chad takes his time no matter how long to make sure you clearly understand everything! Michelle does a great job in the office keeping everyone informed!
I'm over an hour away from Glenwood...they took all of my insurance information when I made the appointment and when I received the reminder call. When I got there the man behind the desk had me start filling out paperwork. I took out my insurance cards and he then said that they were no good, they didn't take that insurance! I had to go through a ride service to get there and then contact them for early pick up. I'm very disappointed. DeLois Irwin
