True Therapeutics Integrative Massage & Spinal Flow

I truly can’t say enough good things about Carla and her team. I’ve been going to Carla for years, and she has walked with me through all three of my pregnancies. She is incredibly gifted at what she does. Every time I leave, I feel better physically and mentally. During my pregnancies especially, she made me feel so supported and cared for. She understands the body so well and always knows exactly what needs attention. She has been nothing but amazing. I went in today to get a Spinal Flow session and a facial massage with buccal, OMG I walked out of there as if I was walking on a cloud, so happy and feeling deeply nourished! I came in from out of town and was really interested in getting both these services, wow it truly did not disappoint, it was my very first spinal flow session and I truly wished I lived closer so that I could come here often. I felt so welcomed and so safe the entire time and was given the information and education needed as a first timer. I myself am an esthetician who does facials and facial massage and WOW truly this was such a wonderful experience. If I am in Windsor again this will be a must on my list. thank you so much for the magical healing experience and for making my morning so nourishing.

Carla always does a great, relaxing, therapeutic massage. Today, she did a microneedling procedure on my skin. She does a great job! She shows concern for any particular issues with my skin and addresses as appropriate. Cannot think of anyone else who I would allow to make tiny holes all over my face!
