Ideal Dermatology - Windsor

This was my first visit to Ideal Dermatology in Windsor. Katie took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. They were gentle and thorough, and I could tell they really cared about both my comfort and health. I felt respected and heard.

I am new to the area and this was my first visit to Ideal Dermatology for my annual skin cancer check and a rash on my forehead. Kathryn Olsen was terrific. She explained my symptoms and choices for meditations. She took the time to get to know me a bit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend Katheryn and Ideal Dermatology.

Dr. Olsen is fantastic! I’ve seen her three times now for separate needs and each time I left the office feeling supported. It’s uncommon to find a doctor who is actually present with you - she listens, asks the right questions, and responds with care. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so! Very grateful have her as my ongoing derm provider.

Dr. Mott was so personable and nice along with his MA. My care was excellent. Definitely recommend. The clinic staff is very polite and welcoming.

The front office staff is always extremely kind and efficient. PA Katie is always thorough, professional, efficient, knowledgable and KIND. I’m always very pleased with the care I receive.
