My Employer switched to True RX for Prescriptions, have not had a very good experience so far my most important script had to be pre-authorized by my doctor again even though I have been on this Diabetic medication for several years. My daughter is going to miss a dose of her medicine because they did not tell us that they were not covering the brand that she uses. And her medicine is way more important than even mine! But they know best since they are doctors! Oh wait, no they are not! And their support staff not very friendly and are condescending. Overall if I could have given less than a star I would have!

My job just switched already day 14 I'm having issues with my prescriptions what use to cost me 25.00 now will be 1100. I called before selecting my plan and could not be given the formula so I can make other plan suggestions. Even though it's considered a preventive drug for diabetics and I have a PA my co-pay is 1100. I can not appeal i have to meet my deductible end of story. The worst!!!

I needed some help with my new plan. Leda even called the pharmacy for me to straighten it out. She made sure my meds processed correctly before hanging up. Then I got a sweet handwritten note from her. It’s not often that you get that kind of service.

TrueRX is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have called them numerous times, they tell me they have noted what we talked about and that we should have a resolution soon. When I call the next day to follow up and it is like i never called in the first place and no progress was made. They never seem to notice the notes, and there is never anyone "higher up" to talk to.

My employer switched to them 2025. Be warned- if you are on any copay assistance program from a drug manufacturer to help pay for expensive meds, True Rx does not allow those funds to be counted toward your deductible. Drug manufacturers are noticing this and they will either severely limit how much funding they use to pay for your drug, or they will make you ineligible for the program. I found out the hard way. Plan accordingly.
