100% satisfied with Eastgate Manor. Our decision to entrust my Mom's care with the many professionals at Eastgate was an easy choice and the level of care they provide my Mom is absolutely the best. My mom was under hospice care and near death when she arrived at Eastgate, the staff has her on the road to an amazing recovery due to their diligence and caring spirits.

Eastgate Manor is a fantastic place for your loved ones. Their team is dedicated and loyal and show Compassion to the residents. They are a five star building so if you want five star care, I highly recommend Eastgate!

Great building with the kindest staff that would do anything for one of their residents. Many activities to choose from every day plus every resident is treated as a unique individual. Residents and staff seem like family in a clean, safe, well run facility.

A very good friend of ours was put in this place for rehab. It is worse then a Prison! This place wants people/elderly that are curled up and sleep all day, so they don't have to be bothered..the reason they are getting 2 * is because there was 2 or 3 nurses that was great! Our friend had blood and fecal matter on the bed sheet, we told the girl cleaning, we was told it "was not the day to change sheets!" So they stayed that way for 4 days! Uncalled for. When he needed to go to the restroom, he would turn on the call light for the nurse/help it could be 2 hours!. There is no WIFI for the patient either..I feel sure there is stuff I have left out. But this place was not a good fit for my friend at all...glad we finally took him out of there.

I want to thank the clinical team at Eastgate Manor. This team continues to amaze me with the love and care that they give our residents. We are now a 5 star facility . Congratulations East Team
