True North Urgent Care

This place was wonderful! Everyone was kind and welcoming, even so late and close to closing time. Online scheduling was quick, efficient and easy to do. I was seen quickly, taken back even before my scheduled appt time. I also felt listened to and was given options for treatment which made me feel a part of the process instead of just being talked AT like I've experienced at some other clinics. I would definitely recommend and will definitely return if urgent care is needed in the future!

Thankful that on my birthday i was taken care of efficiently and effectively by the staff, Every single one of the Staff were genuine and kind hearted and even wished me a happy birthday. Complete day and night from the urgent care in Detroit areas. The one staff that gave me stickers made the whole visit! Would recommend anyone to go there.

I live in holiday hills (super excited about your second location opening) left home, was seen and back home in less than an hour. Plus my Rx was ready and waiting at Walgreens. Your staff was kind and efficient. The facility was immaculate. You are truly serving a part of our community that has been so underserved for years. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and informative. We were seen almost immediately and x-rays were completed very quickly. I've never had a faster Urgent Care experience. Definitely recommend!

She gave us a great treatment plan and made sure we understood everything before we walked out the door… and we were still in & out in 20 minutes or less!!
