Highly recommended. Their Doctors, Nurses, front desk stuffs everyone is just amazing. Never had any issue with their billing, very transparent and supported almost all top insuranes. They have doctor on call 24 x 7. Nurses are very kind, professional and vastly experienced. Dr John M Kleback is an amazing doctor whom we know since 2022. He was never late to find the root cause during the sick visits even when it was very critical. He is very knowledgeable, kind and never lose his patience to answer all our question. Never had issues with appointment and timing. Our kids with be with Dr Kleback as long as we are living in this area. My 9 months older and 7 years older both likes Mr. Kleback. Thanks to True North Pediatric and all of its stuffs from the bottom of our heart. 💙

I have been super frustrated with the pediatricians office for the past year with the buyout of TruNorth. However, yesterday was wonderful. They finally have one location that they merged several offices into and my experience was finally pleasant once again. The front desk was great and Dr. Colleen G. Was wonderful! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions regarding my daughter’s illness. I only hope it continues to go smoothly in the future. It’s certainly been a rough 2 years as far as their service/care goes. Thank you for finally getting it right!

Front desk was so friendly and compassionate, and the medical staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable! It was wonderful to meet w Dr. G and discuss our pediatric care plan for my newborn infant, and she was very reassuring as we learn to navigate being new parents. Feel confident in entrusting our child to this pediatric practice.

We absolutely LOVE Kelly! She is our go to. We also can get in for quick sick visit if needed, which is convenient and reassuring. Overall, very happy with the level of care we receive and absolutely adore Kelly!

Dr Kleback is the absolute best. He is outstanding with kids, extremely well trained, and takes his time. Also, they’ve moved to a more spacious and optimal location for anyone in the Maple Glen, North Wales, Lansdale area. A+.
