Dr. Diabo and the whole team are fantastic! The front desk is always friendly, and the nursing staff is caring and supportive. Dr. Diabo listens attentively, provides thoughtful advice, and keeps us up to date on AAP recommendations. Easy to schedule both routine wellness and sick visits. Highly recommend!

Dr Parikh, Dr Diablo and staff are highly knowledgeable, friendly, patience, and caring. You never wait long, always talk directly to nurse or doctor. Dr pooja Parikh goes above and beyond for every patient, making us feel safe and good. Thank you True north pediatric of lansdale !

I just want to say how amazing the staff are. Dr Diabo is thorough , outgoing and really makes you feels like family . Poojah is always personable , nice and always makes kids feel comfortable. The front desk are always knowledgeable with insurances and appointment time. They are very welcoming and treat the kids like their own . The nurses are outstanding . They always walk you through the appointment step by step and are very gentle with giving vaccines . Everyone there is amazing and I highly recommend this place!!

That was quite a frustrating experience. We were scheduled for an appointment at 2:45, but we got there 15 minutes early. The nurse called us at 3:00, and we had to wait for 30 minutes before a doctor arrived. Finally, after about half an hour, doctor came.

Awesome staff, everyone was super friendly, Pooja, Dr. Diabo and nurse Chris answered all questions and were super helpful. Front office staff are also all wonderful. Exactly what I would want in a pediatrics practice.
