I feel great about choosing Andorra Pediatrics for our newborn. From the beginning, everyone in the office has been caring, attentive, and truly engaged with us as new parents. I have never once felt like a burden when calling with questions or concerns. No matter what we reach out about, the staff always responds kindly and you can tell they genuinely care and want to help. The after hours and on call line has been responsive whenever we have needed it, which brings a lot of peace of mind. They have also been able to get us in for same day appointments when needed. Another thing I appreciate is how calm and organized the office feels during visits. I have 2 kids - ages 3 & 2 - and I’ve been with this office since they were born. All of the staff from the front desk to the doctors are great and know my kids by name, they are truly so caring. I’ve never had an issue getting a sick appointment or well visit that worked with my schedule, and they are always on time when we are there! Highly recommend!

This place is hands down the best! I like that it’s a smaller more intimate practice. The staff go above and beyond whenever we need something. The doctors actually take their time talking to and seeing patients. I have 5 children and one being special needs ( Trisomy 21) and they have all been treated the same. In all all of the years that we have been to this practice, there has only been one time that we couldn’t get a same day sick appointment , and that alone is a big win for me, as most I’d rather not have to go to an urgent care or Er. I give them a 10/10!!

Loyalty lost to Corporate Medicine 17 years of bringing my children to Andorra Pediatrics, we were heartlessly told we are no longer welcome. The reason? We asked to hold off on a single vaccine (meningitis). Despite nearly two decades of trust and history, this office proved that they value '100% vaccine compliance' more than the health and rights of the patients they serve. It’s clear where their priorities lie: it’s not with the families, but with the 'Big Pharma' dollars tied to perfect compliance metrics. They would rather kick a loyal family to the curb than respect a parent’s right to make an informed choice about the timing of a medical procedure. If you want a doctor who sees your child as a human being and not a checkbox for a pharmaceutical quota, look elsewhere. Absolute betr

It’s always an amazing experience at true north pediatrics Andorra. The staff are kind patient and friendly…. We are always greeted with a smile and they take Time to talk to my children and ask how they are doing. The nurse and doctor are amazing. Dr. Dan greets us with a smile, Listens to all my concerns, and includes me in the caring of my children. Overall, it’s an excellent experience every time we go to the doctors office my children get excited to go to the doctors.
