True Compassion Urgent Care - Palm Beach Gardens

I had such a great experience at True Compassion Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Maya at the front desk was amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She really set the tone for the entire visit and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The quality of care was truly exceptional, and the entire staff showed compassion and professionalism throughout my visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Not one to leave reviews, but I had a great experience. Very kind and respectful. I was in and out. They worked around the fact but I didn't have insurance. They didn't even send my stuff in for labs which would cost a lot more. They just did a quick check of my urine, they saw white bloodcells(sign of infection) and then gave me the best antibiotic that can resolve any type of issue in that area. They do expect payment upon arrival, but they work with you. Honestly, it's worth it anyways. They don't slam you with all the fillers and they treat you like a human being.

My issue was resolved quickly, and they made sure I understood everything before ending the interaction. I truly felt valued as a customer and would definitely recommend this business. This urgent care truly embodies its name! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Maya gave me a big warm smile and made me feel welcome. Nika the Medical Assistant came into my room promptly and took all my vitals and was kind & very patient with me. Eventually I met Dr Esperanza who was also compassionate and kind!
