TRUCARE PHARMACY AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. This is a pharmacy, so I was under the reasonable assumption that anyone working here would have even an ounce of customer service skills. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The pharmacist was rude, I could barely hear her speaking, and at the completion of my transaction, she completely walked away without turning the turnstile around so that I could access my medication. I had to ask her if that was all to which she replied indicating that she didn’t have more for me to do, she just couldn’t bother to actually close the encounter like a professional. Not to mention that I only had to come back today because I called earlier this week confirming that they had my medication only to arrive the next day and be told that they didn’t.

Truecare pharmacy is a lifesaver. I have been dealing with Cvs and their mess for many many years. I got tired of them and decided to try Truecare pharmacy and she has treated me like gold. I needed my medication‘s on an emergency basis, and she was able to order my medicines, she is very professional and kind and treats her patience with dignity and respect. She provides one on one time with the customer and is very friendly. You will never get that with CVS or Walgreens or any of those big corporate pharmacies.

Had a great experience. Went there for testing and David was very accommodating by giving us a walkthrough of the whole process. The other crew members we dealt with were also professional and results were delivered punctually. Amazing pharmacy !! Thanks Folks.

Love this place. Owner is amazing, she gets to know her customers by name and actually talks with them when they come in. I mentioned once that I almost didn't make it before closing time, due to my Dr. running behind, and she gave me her card and said to call if it ever happens again and she'd stay open later to make sure ei got my meds. I kept all my meds with true are even wheym I no longer lived around the corner. I will make a 45 min drive to Truecare even for nothing more than seeing a friendly face. This is a true community and family pharmacy.

Great pharmacy very clean and professional, the pharmacist really cares..I would highly recommend it to anyone who's in need of a pharmacist for all your pharmacutal needs.
