The staff at this location were absolutely fantastic! Jung Kim, Shawnta and Stephani were extremely professional, kind and funny! If you’re anything like me and get anxiety when going to any type of Doctor’s office then you understand how refreshing it is to find a friendly staff with patience and compassion. This facility is lucky to have these three amazing women representing this location! Thanks for everything I appreciate you all more than you know!

I’ve never looked forward to doctor’s appointments until I met Dr. Dipa Raval at Tru Health and Urgent Care. She has this genuine warmth that instantly puts you at ease - like visiting a friend who just happens to be incredibly knowledgeable about keeping you healthy. Every visit, she greets me with the kind of enthusiasm that makes you forget you’re at a medical office. What really stands out is how she combines that caring bedside manner with real expertise. She listens, explains things clearly, and makes sure I understand my health instead of just rushing through appointments. Firstly let me say Dr. Raval is an amazing primary care doctor and I've never had a bad experience with her. The issue I'm having is with the staff. I have been trying to get a new prescription sent for days. I have sent multiple messages through the portal and called the number associated with the location and had them also send messages. Yesterday I received a call from TruHealth asking which pharmacy I wanted the new prescription sent to. It has been over 24 hours and I'm still waiting.

The staff here is very friendly and professional! Dr. Raval is amazing — she is sweet and respectful, which makes me feel comfortable. She also takes all my concerns seriously and explains the reasoning behind the tests and imaging that we do, which I really appreciate. Also, the phlebotomist at this location is excellent. I’ve had trouble getting my blood drawn for years, but she always gets it on the first try.

Dr. Raval has been my GP as well as our go to for family urgent care for years as is as good as it gets in medicine today! The staff are professional, but also the nicest people. Monica M. helped me by phone with a tricked tech problem with the web/online portal no one else seemed able to (wizard!!!). I've been happy here for over a decade and imagine almost anyone would be!
