My wife and I have been patients at Tropic Dental for over a decade, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care we’ve received. Dr. Goranov has always been there for us. He is honest, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. We’ve always felt respected and appreciated, which means a lot. The staff is exceptional. Nancy at the front desk is amazing. She somehow always manages to get me the right appointment at the right time, whether it’s a routine checkup or something more urgent. That kind of responsiveness and kindness makes a big difference. We truly appreciate the entire team. My teeth and I are very thankful. Highly recommend!

This review is way overdue, but I wanted to make sure I could share the full story. I had a root canal done at another dental clinic that wasn’t performed properly. Less than a year later, while eating my favorite Mexican food, my tooth cracked completely in half, literally split across the midline. The next day I visited a dental clinic with hundreds of glowing reviews. They told me I needed an implant and quoted me $6,000-$8,000. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but he always takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure I’m comfortable every step of the way.
