My daughter loves going here. They are always so sweet and patient. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.

Today was both my daughters first-time at the dentist. They are 7 and 1 and did amazing. The staff there were super nice. Got checked in no problem. Was able to send insurance card via email and them get it quickly. The dental care was great. Got their teeth brushed and oldest set up for some dental work. Going back again for future visits.

It is currently Saturday evening at 7:02 PM, and my daughter is still in pain. At our Monday appointment, the doctor advised her to take ibuprofen to manage the pain until her next orthodontic appointment—despite knowing that appointment isn’t until January 16th, over five weeks away. Being told to rely on ibuprofen for that long is unacceptable. Due to the lack of action, I contacted another dentist and orthodontist who are able to address the issue immediately. It has become clear that this doctor and the orthodontist do not communicate or work together effectively. They both seem unaware of what is going on with my daughter’s treatment. Today was my daughter Josie’s first appointment and the staff was so friendly! Everything went so smoothly! She was a little nervous at first but they calmed her nerves, were so gentle with her, and now she isn’t scared to come to the dentist. She even got to pick a prize from the treasure box! 🙏🏼 Highly recommended!

I am extremely unhappy with the care my 11-year-old daughter has received from this pediatric dentist/orthodontist office. The office is constantly overwhelmed. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone—calls go straight to voicemail, and getting help when issues arise is incredibly difficult. My daughter got her braces on 11/24, and less than a month later, two pieces of her braces have already fallen off. Even more concerning, the technicians who applied the braces openly admitted they didn’t know what they were doing, and they said this in front of my child. To make matters worse, my daughter’s canines have not erupted yet and she still has her baby teeth, yet as of 12/17, the office still has no clear plan for how to handle this.
