Bailey did an excellent job as my dental hygienist. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the appointment. She made the experience comfortable and efficient, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The people are nice and the service was decent. However they are not flexible at all. I have a super sick kid and I’m super sick so I just simply needed to reschedule so I’m not bringing a kid that’s been throwing up ALL DAY which was my only choice if I went. I called them almost three hours before my appointment no one answered or returned my call until 10 minutes after my appointment time! They told me I could reschedule after a $50 fee. I’ve spent a lot of money on dental work with them and the lack of flexibility has turned me away.

If you are looking for a dentist in Dickson, Tn this is definitely the place your whole family would want to go to. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. DeLoach and Wendie DeLoach are a pleasure to be around and I trust them with mine and my families care. They have schedules that can help any busy family get the care they need. The waiting area is so comfortable and very beautiful. All my visits have been nothing but wonderful. Every hygienist there is very friendly and always puts my anxiety to ease! I’m comfortable from start to finish. They always work with you on a treatment plan and offer many convenient ways to pay for treatment even for the uninsured. Update: Not only did Dr. Pederson call me personally and talk to me, she also got me in with just her and she assured me that the office had taken care of the employee that damaged my confidence and my eye. I received personalized care and got a follow-up call two weeks after that visit. Even though the procedure didn't take like it should have I feel like I will be able to go back for the same procedure and Dr. P. will figure out how to make it work. Another update: I have been calling to get back to to correct the injections I had and no one will answer or call back. I am just hoping that when I get back in, that the last assistant that was with me never comes near me again. Severely overpriced. Charged $1600 for a crown which i later found out should've only been $600-$700. Broke my daughter's retainer in office and refused to pay for it. It took almost a month and they finally did pay. Caused damage to my daughters crown during a routine cleaning resulting in a root canal. I contacted them regarding refunding money i paid before the bad experience for 2 future cleanings and I was told that it was non refundable. Stay away from this dentist. All they care about is money and not their patients. Im sure someone with super great ins has a different opinion because they never see the bill.
