Trios Urgent Care - Columbia Center

I’ve given this urgent care multiple chances, and this visit was the last straw. I came in with clear symptoms and explained that there was a confirmed bacterial infection going through my household. Instead of asking me questions or listening to what was actually going on, the provider rushed through my symptoms, barely let me speak, and immediately ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests and prescriptions that had nothing to do with my condition, including an X-ray and an EKG. She was adamant about testing me for the flu, even though I told her I knew it wasn’t the flu. Sure enough, the flu test came back negative. Only after I repeatedly brought up the bacterial infection did she finally acknowledge it and give me a lab order, and then I found out the very next day that the lab couldn’t

Nothing urgent about this place. My girlfriend had testing done for an infection on a Friday. They said they would have results the following Monday. Didn't get the results back until the following Saturday and they wouldn't call in the medication she needed because there were no doctors available all weekend. Its been over 8 days and she still can't get the medication she needs for the infection. Trios sure has gone down hill. If you need "urgent care," don't go here.

I waited maybe 10-15 minutes . I had a shard of a ceramic cup in my foot bed hurting & out of sight . With 49 years of experience, in came Dr. Nelson from Walla Walla originally, and are we blessed to have him here . He was so patient! He miraculously was able to find it and get it removed! I am a “ weak in the knees patient” … He managed to numb it and I could not be happier ! Suzette McGoldrick

First off. I feel like they put a sign to try and pursue people to not come in. Also when it comes to having to walk in and get a sports physical, they should have a somewhat better system. (Such as, maybe having one of the 5 cnas fill out paperwork and then have doctor sign off. Especially when there’s NO issues). That way the people and children that are sick in pain etc., can be a priority. They seem to NOT care about you or the wait times. The nuse that took care of us was AMAZING. She definitely knows how this place is ran. Also it’s really unfortunate and unprofessional when the waiting room is so full there’s nowhere to sit so us patients hear the staff talking very ugly about other patients. Makes me wonder what’s being said about everyone else. I understand we are all short staffe

Terrible bedside manner. Was constantly asked about L&I. Refused to see me until I had L&I claims made on forms. Has no in house x ray.
