Came into the ER worried about my A1C and not feeling well. ER was quick and Dr was right on top of taking care of me and explaining everything to me. I ended up getting admitted to ICU/PCU and every Dr and Nurse was great. They were right on top of all my needs and very knowledgeable. I’ve seen my mom in and out of hospitals a lot growing up. This is the first time I was hospitalized and I can say way better Staff than what I’ve seen before in different hospitals when my mom was a patient. John was my main nurse during day. He was right on top of everything and was able to help out with whatever I needed and great explaining everything to me.
I was on my 4th day of not eating and they bumped my surgery from 8am till noon, my stomach was eating itself, I was left in the waiting room till I layed in a fetal position on one of their couches and they decided to find me a room with a bed. Still had to wait an additional 4 hours for my surgery and then I was so out of it they dressed me wheeled me out to the car pick up area where my ride was waiting. I couldn't even hold my head up I was so out of it. My surgery was on a Thursday and not one person called to check on me till Monday to see how I was doing, well I was doing pretty crappy cuz I hadn't had anything for pain since I left the hospital but the staff would have know if anyone would have called to check on me. Why didnt I call you ask, ever been on the POS phone tree with Tr
I have been to Trios for the past couple of months. 1st for pelvic floor physical therapy and I have to say that the progress made has been impressive! My 2nd therapy was for chronic pain in my neck and back related to an auto accident nearly 20 years ago. I had been through it all.. surgery, PT, injections, massage etc. I had nearly given up hope that I would ever be pain free. My PT uses myofacial release techniques that have provided better range of motion and less pain. I still have a way to go with treatment, but I now feel better and have hope for a much better outcome than all my past efforts had managed to achieve. The staff is pleasant and helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this site if you need Physical Therapy.
On Jan 20th, 2025 I had an annual test performed. Starting in April I received a bill for this test. When I contacted my insurance they informed me trios had never submitted to insurance for payment. The doctor reading.the test billed my insurance and was paid in Feb. In a conference call with my insurance we called the 800 number on.the bill. They said they had no insurance information so we provided it. This happened two more times. Every time they said they had no insurance information to bill. The last time we asked for a supervisor and that didn't help. So in Oct I went to the hospital. There is a window marked billing to the right in the lobby. I spoke to a woman there who took the information and said she would get it to the right people. That didn't fix it. I'm stil
Trios Southridge has been my go-to for several years now after a disastrous experience at Kadlec. I had to go to the ER for severe back pain, and everyone these was very helpful. I was seen immediately by a wonderful nurse whose name is Rick. Very helpful, humorous and supportive. The doctor, who I learned is Dr. Ettner, soon came in and apologized for Rick, saying he was actually a patient at the psycho ward and they were humoring him. Of course, it was all a hilarious joke; Rick and Dr. Ettner have worked together for years. I really appreciated their attempt to make patients who are in deep pain (as I was) feel at home. Everyone I dealt with was attentive, polite, and respectful. If you need medical attention in the Tri-Cities, I strongly recommend this team.
