This has been my Pharmacy for a long time...highly recommended. Prices have always been perfect. However, it is the customer service that always impresses me. The staff are very kind, professional, highly efficient, and work well with my doctor (important). They truly care about the customer (rare). These people used to be decent, even though their banker hours made it frustrating sometimes - their new manager and recent poor delivery service makes this a pharmacy to skip permanently! For years I received on-time delivery of all my medications, recently (Dec -25) their deliver driver no-shows and fails to deliver or communicate and then blames me - their customer - in an attempt to clarify the delay - the new rude male manager talks over me constantly after insulting me and again blames me for their inability to communicate like professionals and blame their customers for the shortcomings of their incompetent delivery service. Ridiculous & unacceptable!!
