It was great seeing NP Chelsea Fujita Haffner. Super kind, respectful, informative and has great bedside manners. This is the second time I see her in a span of 4 years, and she hasn’t changed one bit. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares for her patients. Thank you! I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very friendly staff: intake nurse, nurse who took vitals, Nurse Chelsea and Dr. Tarakji. They all were courteous and professional. Dr. Tarakji listened very carefully and was able to explain what he thought my issues were. I’m very grateful and satisfied. Very clean facility.

This was my 1st interaction Dr Elias Tarakji. I didn’t feel rushed with him, he explained my MRI results and helped me with a visual as well. I felt a good sense of urgency with him as he had a referral ready for me to see a specialist. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that although he provided me where my medical issue is located in my body and gave me a directional referral I left a little lost as to how this occurred, what’s the impact…best and worst case, short and long term symptoms etc. Maybe I didn’t ask the right questions but it was a lot to take in, in a short period of time. Overall this office is great, very clean, everyone treats you well and I haven’t felt rushed or unheard. Granted only my 2nd visit I am really happy here.

All staff are will coming and excellent. Chelsea Fujita Haffner is an excellent nurse practitioner, ask questions while looking your at history to make sure she does the right diagnosis.

I cannot say anything about Kathy Lu except she does not keep her timely appointments. My appointment was at 10am. About 10:27 I went back to the receptionist to ask how long does the wait usually take till I'm seen, as this was my first visit. The receptionist became very cold and unwelcoming and said, "they will call you soon", with a cold tone of voice and unwelcoming look on her face, no compassion at all. This attitude transfer to the medical assistant who also treated me unwelcoming. There were personal symptoms that I am not comfortable talking to with a man and I told him, I have the same symptoms. He kept insisting to repeat each one and said he was a medical assistant I said I know but you're still a man and I am uncomfortable discussing those symptoms with him and to please re
