Their billing number at "Catholic Health" is terrible. As the subscriber of our plan. I called on a charge for my husband. Just a general question. Nothing invasive. The woman asked me for his guarantor id. I said "I don't have that, but I have his name. DOB, insurance ID and ss#", she hung up on me. Not "sorry but I can't help you". This is very rude. Who does that? You need to either re-educate your staff or clean house. I've called previously to pay on a bill, that's different. They're more than happy to take your payment. No questions asked, just whats your card number.

Have been going here as my primary care for decades, and am very graced to have Dr. Singh as my physician. Anyone fortunate enough to have him would say the same. Compassionate, very intelligent, and always listens.

Terrible staff, lazy and rude. Doctor is always late and does incomplete check up. Nobody takes a different break so from noon to one pm there is no service. Ridiculous. They dropped my Mother because they made an appointment for Her on the same day as a Dental appointment She already had booked. They never told Her about the appointment until they called Her that day to charge the missed appointment fee. A person will fend for themselves if they choose this place for healthcare.

I've been going here since I was a kid and I'm saddened by the changes the new owners have made. They turned the (once very vibrant) fish tank into a showcase, added a check in kiosk to try and eliminate the front desk, and took all of the children's toys away I went there because I'm sick. They did one test on me then sent me home and told me to gargle salt water. I've been sick for two weeks overall and four days since I went there. They didn't take my symptoms seriously at all and who I think was the nurse practitioner barely saw me for five minutes before more or less dismissing me Seriously thinking about changing primaries and I hope this place returns to its roots before its too late. Many are saying the same

Always a pleasant experience in office appointment and when calling for a prescription new or a refill or a appointment. I have been a patient there for 25 plus years.. Paul is such a wonderful person to assist in giving excellent service at the office to accommodate a patient needs . I highly recommend this Office.
