I’ve been a patient of this office for over 10 years. I always had great experiences with Dr.Andres, and his nurse Nancy. However, after messaging with a nurse recently and her telling me to call a number because Dr.Andres was on vacation I did so. The man who answered was extremely rude, and unprofessional to say the least. I explained that I had been messaging with a nurse over my chart and he got angry with me saying there’s no message here. I tried to explain to him what was said and he started becoming very rude. I was simply trying to give information about a family member for their health. I didn’t need any information, as I told him and the nurse in the message. It’s disheartening that I’m trying to make sure my loved one is cared for and that man was so awful and wouldn’t even le

The receptionist is probably the rudest lady I’ve ever met. Every encounter I have had with her over the past few years is condescending and mean. If you don’t like your job, please retire or find other work. Maybe specifically where you don’t have to talk to people for a living. Just a thought (:

Dr. Zurich and Michael Gray PA are amazing! They diagnosed a problem I had after an angiogram in one vist that the cardiologist and 2 CT scans couldn't figure out why I was having so much pain. They are so knowledgeable and easy to talk to too. I am a nurse and deal with many MD offices and this practice is always on top of things and I can always count on a callback from them. The staff is pretty amazing, also!

I like my doctor, who is semi-retired, but the service from the rest of the staff is subpar at best. Some of the triage RN's are the rudest women I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Also, for whatever reason, they can't seem to get my pharmacy right. It looks like I'll have to start looking around for a new primary.

Called to find out if they take new patients. Extremely rude and unpleasant receptionist told me it depends on my insurance which she's never heard of and it's MVP. MVP is a huge company. Told me I should call the business office. I asked her if she could find out from someone else in the office. She told me "you are not the patient for us, we dont want you here if you have a problem even calling the office". I asked her if she could just ask someone there quick before I call and she said "bubye" and hung up on me. Wow. She should not be doing that job. Well technically she's not if she can't even answer a simple question or seek the answer to it on behalf of the Doctor.
