Trinity Memorial Hospital District

Ever since I retired from the State I’ve had to get adult Medicaid and it has been hell trying to see a good doctor. I’m a chronic diabetic so it is important to be well established somewhere. My usual clinic was booked so I had to go elsewhere. I called the number on the back and they helped me locate this clinic. They actually took my insurance and had an appointment! But unfortunately they didn’t update the Doctor’s new information with the insurance. The advocate told the receptionist that and she stated basically “it’s not my job”. I go to my appointment and they tell me I need a reference number due to my PCP being changed. I’m instructed to get on the phone to ask for it! I told her that was the first I heard of such number and we were all on three way when the appointment was made
