They are all polite. They tend to your needs and it’s just a wonderful place. I would recommend it to anybody. That activities are awesome. The nurses are awesome. Although every employee there is great.

I went by to visit my father in the Lord. I have not been here since the early '90's at which time it was under the name Avalon Place. I was impressed with the appearance outwardly, the measure of security, and the awesome host at the door greeting both visitors and residents. The young man gave me specific directions which I was able to follow to get registered to visit and to get to the room I was visiting. It was lunch time and the young lady who brought the meal in was very kind, polite and courteous. I had a great visit.

Calling this place to talk to my Mother Sucks... The call goes to the nursing station, then If they answer, they have to run the phone to the resident, or they just hang up on you. Then when they Finally give her the phone, the reception is Terrible, and you can't talk unless she walks down to the nursing station, or the call drops.... I called 5 times today 2 calls hung up on, after Finally getting through only to get the call dropped after a lil bit... I know how much these places take in. They can afford a better phone system.... Just for that reason Alone I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't like whoever you send there. I Live in Ohio, and this is my only way to contact her while she is stuck there, but they Never Answer....

The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and patient! They honestly go above and beyond to not just treat them, but treat them like family. It's a hard decision to make, putting a loved one in a nursing home, but River Pointe isn't just a nursing home. It's a CARE facility. After looking at other places, we knew immediately that we had found the place for Joseph.

My mother was only here 6 months but the treatment she recieved was way better than I could have imagined. From the moment we walked in the first day, the people was so sweet, welcoming and the place was clean. It obvious they care about their patients knowing everyone by name. I have watched major repairs and updates to the facility just improving it. I can't say enough good things about Riverpointe, its not your typical nursing home. Its a HOME for your loved one.
