This is place is the single most dirtiest disgusting place, I was just there for 3 days and could never find a nurse or any staff for that matter, a supervisor cause a fight between me and 2 other clients, I was told that I was responsible for moving another clients commode off the toilet that was covered in feces, they allow the people from the mental health and 3rd floor to wonder around the first floor, a transgender patient was allowed to go around with nothing but a jacket covering on their boots and a jacket covering the genetails, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE NOT ONLY IS IT A HEALTH HAZARD BUT THEY WILL HARDLY RECIEVE CARE!!! I dont understand how the state hasn't shut this place down there is literal black mold in the shower room, my roommate was higher than a kite lips turn

Please don’t place your love ones in this facility!!! They don’t care…place is dirty, smell like rat, my Mom’s bed was broken when I got there is when they chance it cause I noticed and I complaint about it. The food is horrible, it made my Mom throw up. The photos that appear on the Website is nothing compare of what it actually looks like now. FACILITY needs REMOLDING and new Employees that actually care for their patients. Not all Employees are bad but most don’t care…. New as of 10/24/23 My Mother was discharged on 10/19/23…I wanna thanks the RN MARCELLA and a Jamaican RN lady awesome. These two RN do cared for their patients. They very friendly, caring and kind. My mother was there for 2 weeks. I’m Diana Garcia, using my son email as I can only write one review. This place is not good place. Most of the CNA don’t cared. The RN MARCELLA very nice person, she does cared for her patients and another Jamaican RN awesome. These 2 Register Nurse do their job and they are very kind, friendly and caring for their patients. My Mom was discharged on 10/19/23. The Social Worker, ASHLEY she’s a young lady Horrible! She don’t do her job. Don’t call you back. First she send the referral to the wrong department so my mom nurse couldn’t give my Mom her medications due to her mistake. The Nurse, the Supervisor and myself called her few times so she could send the referral to the correct department. And she still didn’t send it, It took my Mom’s Nurse to go to Tr

CNA's don't like helping patients. The nurses are ok most times. The only ones working hard are the maintenance workers and rehabilitation people. You can't give a hug or kiss to your visitors when they come see you. They make you sit 10 feet away from each other. The staff are rude to your visitors. Even in prison you can give a hug and a kiss at the beginning and end of your visit. Don't send your loved ones here. If you press the call button no one comes till an hour or so later. You could be having a heart attack, and they won't know since they don't bother coming. Till they are good and ready.

Dirty and filthy place. You can see the mouse droppings in every corner of the facility, insects crawling on the patients beds. My husband is after stroke and the whole right side of his body it’s numb but no one even cares about him. Maybe it’s just me because I am the only one to help him to shower and on daily bases to bring him food. What are they serving it’s a crime. The food its salty and not healthy for the people with a heart condition. No one from the aids wears gloves during the meal service, no hats and many times they’re serving the trays with additional bonus like the black hair.. No one of the aid’s ever come and offered to help my husband make his bad in the morning. Three weeks ago he had fallen from his bed the other patient was looking for the staff for half an hour and
