Vonne is the Lab is the absolute worst. She basically called me a liar and told me to come back in a week because of an insurance issue. Turns out she was dead wrong, argued with me for no reason, refused to call my insurance, finally did then lied about what they said. No apologies or anything for the hour of wasted time. This women should be fired.

Trinity has made it convenient for patients to schedule appointments for lab services, specifically for blood draws as I need blood work done four times a year for a chronic condition. I was just informed today 10-9-25 that I would need to take a number before I could advance to the check in window at the Reichert location even with an appointment. This means I would have to wait with others without appointments to check in. This is unacceptable. I am going to look elsewhere in my area for my blood draws as there is typically a long line of people waiting for lab services at Trinity on any given day except for early morning. I have had blood drawn at three different Trinity locations and there is usually a long wait without an appointment and now the wait will be longer for those with

BEWARE! Had an appointment here today, and on my way out I stopped in the gift shop and purchased a few stuffed animals. Was told my total was $39.22. I paid by card and took my receipt. Later in the evening, I check my card account online, and it does not match my receipt. The charge was 20% more. So the gift shop took a 20% gratuity? It's not on the receipt and it wasn't told to me in my total. It was added by the cashier, Paula, and never approved by me. This is theft. My card was charged $47.06, but look at my receipt for $39.22.

Good services. Found these seed pods fallen from the tree outside the front of the building. A nurse there saw the one that I carried in, and was kind enough to just get this bag for me to collect more on the way out. A naturalist herself, she was going to collect some for crafting as well.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Every one is upbeat and caring. They listen to the patient.
