Trinity Health Pharmacy - Oakland

This is an excellent pharmacy, even if you aren't there as an in-patient. Either Steven or Chrissy answer every single time and I have never had an issue getting any of my medications filled. They are very efficient, always kind and quickly resolve any issues if the doctor needs to clarify. Highly recommend.

Such worse service they charged me for my medicine even tho I’ve insurance that covers it and they said their system is down but they’ll refund my money without calling them but it been a week I didn’t get any money back I even called to ask what’s going on their lying saying it’s still down, how can the system be down for 2 weeks that’s so unprofessional, having full insurance still had to pay for medicine this is nonsense they’re scamming people I hate this pharmacy their stuff is also so rude not answering any questions.

Everyone is professional, kind and patient.

Absolutely horrible, rude staff, unorganized, don’t like to help customers, incompetent.

Very patient, considerate, and reasonably priced.
