Had a quick outpatient surgery. The surgical staff were professional and extremely organized. Allen was my nurse and he had a phenomenal bedside manner and knew what he was doing. He kept me at ease and cracked a few jokes to keep the mood light. Dr Kyle Franckowiak is the best in the game! He is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend him and this hospital!

From the time I arrived at the hospital I was taken in a timely manner. My procedure was also done in a time of timely manner and I was greeted and given extra care while at hospital by professionals. Finally after the procedure, I was still informed with the information I needed to know by the doctor and was able to go home. I was very satisfied with the hospital and staff. Thank You.

I recently had to make a visit to McLaren Emergency in Clarkston. When I entered the receptionist made the check-in quick and easy. I only had to wait a few minutes until they called us back. The nurse asked a lot of questions, checked vitals, was very caring and thorough. The doctor came in promptly and again asked questions and made an evaluation. She was super friendly, came in with a smile and made us feel very reassured. We left with appropriate guidelines and felt very heard and taken care of. The facility was very clean, warm and inviting. The entire experience was calming. Totally would recommend this facility.

I had no idea how sick I really was. But my primary doctor said get to er now. The ER staff from check in until I was put in a room,were amazing. They never missed a beat. And it just got better from there. The food could use some help but most of that was my taste buds from meds. I don't care to ever go to hospital again,but if I did, it would be here. I had surgery on the 19th of Nov. The pre area before surgery was wonderful. Then I wake up in my room to find i have 2 of the meanest nurse and aid. I had back surgery so sitting up and getting to the rest room was needed and neither one would help me. They stood there and told me they had no clue of what to do and everytime I placed my hand down for support or leverage to move my hand got pushed away. 🤔 I kinda thought on a surgical floor the nurse and aid would be a little more helpful. Thank God for my husband. The person from xray found me morning of the 20th half on and half off bed with gown half off yelling for help. (My husband had left for a bit during this time.)
