I had an excellent experience while visiting Urgent care. My daughter wasn't feeling well and also needed a Covid test, the staff was so nice and caring. The nurse and doctor took care of our worries and we were out of there satisfied.

Went in because I couldn’t move my wrist. PA spent 3 mins with me and says that she thinks I sprained my wrist even though my symptoms are worsening and the swelling is getting worse. Doesn’t even ask for imaging to get done tells me it could be just a sprain or an autoimmune disease. I don’t like this response so I go to a different urgent care just for them to tell me that I have a fractured wrist injury. These doctors don’t care here, insanely disappointed.

What a horrible place. They make you wait hours for tests which to Google should’ve took under 30 minutes. Poor communication as well. They would discharge you before you feel better. I recommend going an hour or two to your own hospital. Will be quicker and more professional. I’ve stood 6 hours just for them to say I’ll have to sleep off my diagnosis. These workers prioritize being on their phone before registering you, they take their sweet time and acts as if there’s no rush with over 50 people in the waiting room.

I recently had a need to bee seen by a doctor. It was on a Sunday. I reached out to the outpatient clinic. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They put my mind at ease and was able to diagnose my problem. I would highly recommend this facility for any medical assistance needed.

I just got back from this Urgent Care for a terrible rash/hives caused by wasp bites. The staff was friendly, thorough and compassionate. I had very little to no wait time and Lisa, the Physician Assistant was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing my issue. The facility was very clean and comfortable too. The Medical Assistant who took my initial information was awesome too, even gave me an ice pack for my extremely itchy areas (I unfortunately forgot her name). Lisa the PA immediately ordered Prednisone across the street at CVS, and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend.
