Appointments at Dr. Nicolescu's office are on time. Layla with a friendly greeting quickly checks you in. Lyn the nurse, takes vitals and administers injections so calmly I don't get nervous. She is a new member of this team and very competent. Robin is always available to assist with any questions. When I see Dr. Nicolescu, she listens and observes closely. I am confident with any recommendation she makes. She has positively impacted my health. I'm grateful for the care I receive from the team.

Dr. Nicolescu is pleasant and caring. I always feel like a patient not a number to her. Her care is very comprehensive, she references all my medical conditions and not just my arthritis. She is fantastic!

WARNING!!! I would give this place a ZERO if I could. I went as a 1st time patient (consultation) to establish a PCP. My Insurance was charged twice. One for the consulatation and another charge for a physical that was NEVER done. I have been on the phone with their billing department and my insurance over 6or 7 times. This has caused me alot of stress and aggrevation. Please save yourself from the stress and aggrevation this place has caused me and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Thank You
