Most nurses are wonderful and do great work. David, Emma, Val, and Collin were awesome. Doctors are useless and argumentative! They also do not listen to their patients. Doesn’t matter that Trinity and st Francis have the worst ratings in the Hartford area. Shameful behavior by top management. Do better!

Don’t trust these people. They are rude, crude, and act like they own the world. Filed a complaint in September. Still waiting… they avoid anything negative. They only want to hear the positive and praise. They have no patient advocate. Nothing.

Transport took forever had my baby waiting in a car seat cause I expected them shortly, took well over a half hour?! Some Nurses were extremely friendly while others were pretty personal opionized and not listening when my wife would tell them NO the first time, They tried pushing her into a circumcising as well as tried to make her formula feed rather than breast feed even tho she's expressed plenty of times she didn't want too, The birthing center did great is was after the fact where we were moved to the green wing were 50/50 percent of the staff were kind the other 50 would not recommend if you get a nurse named Katie watch out cause she does not like to listen.

Tried to find the thrift store on a day. Google says they’re open show up at the location provided on the Internet and it’s a past address for them. Security notifies me that they are no longer there and they are across from the Panera. You look for the closest Panera and it drops you in the middle of the two buildings. Then I try calling for an operator and get disconnected four times. Then I reached one and I’m told they’re only open on Wednesdays and Fridays again at the information on the Internet.

I been here before and wasn't treated well then. Don't expect to be treated good now. When talking to receptionist it doesn't feel welcoming. I don't think I should waste my time here.
