Worst place ever had appointment told them the conditions of my health.insted of listening they tested my cholesterol 2 days later I ended up in hospital almost dead with a 3.4 hemoglobin level they don't care about you dr hills. Office is the worst ever

I have a referral from my doctor for a heart monitor. I have waited and waited for a call from here. Today, my regular doctor's office called me to ask if I've heard from Cardiology. I told them I haven't, I was told to call and touch base about the monitor. Well, I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes, just to be hung up on. Extremely unprofessional. You'd think a place like this would be nothing but professional, such a disappointment.

1 Month after wearing prescribed heart monitor I had to go to their office because nobody called me with the test results and could not get through to anyone on the phone. They sat me down for about 25 minutes then called me up to the window and handed me about 20 pages of paper! I asked what I was suppose to do with this and they said thats your test results. I requested a doctor to call me to see if they had a plan for my care. No call ever received!!! 5 months later they want me to confirm an appointment I never made. I cancelled that appointment and explained my concerns and I was told that nothing was done about my case because they were more concerned about the covid situation. they were rude, argumentative and uncaring about my heart condition. After being dismissed by so many doctors in Grand Rapids because I’m a young adult, having tried so many meds, being told to just drink a bunch of water, everything like that, I got a referral to see Dr. Harris at the advice of one of my friend’s mom. Dr. Harris took me seriously and explained everything so I could understand it. In Grand Rapids I was told everything was in my head and even sent for a psych evaluation (and given mental health drugs that didn’t help my heart issue) but here at West Shore Dr. Harris told me there was no reason to send me for a psych evaluation at all because I needed a couple tests done to eliminate any major issues that might have been missed by my doc in Grand Rapids, and check for POTS. I received a referral from my Doctor. After a week I called to see if they received and if I could check on an appointment date. The Lady who answered the phone said it would be in October sometime (4 months from day I called) I was surprised and she informed me that they see over 100 patients a day and they are busy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
