I have had countless massages over the past 20 years with many different therapists, and this was, hands down, the best massage ever! I have a lot of upper body tightness and have never had a head and neck massage actually work for me until my session with Mike. The deep tissue work was excellent, and his technique was incredibly effective. Communication was top notch, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The space was very clean, and Mike was professional, down to earth, and easy to relax around. I left feeling noticeably better and would absolutely recommend Refocus Massage to anyone looking for a massage therapist that listens. I will absolutely return!

Mike is absolutely amazing. As a woman I think sometimes women are worried, scared or maybe intimidated by getting a massage from a man. Mike made me feel so comfortable the whole time. He truly cares about helping your body to come back into homeostasis. As a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner, I like to see people who really get the energetics of a body as well as the physical nature. Mike is a wealth of knowledge about both! You can't find this just anywhere. I even brought my daughter to him when she hurt her arm. She was better by the next day after seeing him. If your in the Muskegon area and looking for a good massage therapist - own that cares , one that knows what they are doing and one that is just generally someone who you can love to work with then grab a massage from Refoc

Michael did an amazing job! I had a couple of key areas of soreness and tightness, and Michael expertly found the root of those issues and used a combination of techniques to address them. I’m now waking up the next morning, and those muscle knots are all cleaned up! I highly recommend seeing Michael!
