Tiffany was very sweet, flexible, and informative. I think many times when people write bad reviews they don't realize in the medical field that a medical professional has a lot of responsibility to get precise codes and tests done while taking their time with each individual they see. The ladies were very personable. They both were careful and did their best to make the blood draw easy. Over all pleasant experience and no bruising for a blood draw. Kudos ladies!!!

The facility I visited was not in great shape. From the parking lot, entry way, and rented space in this facility didn't give med-profession vibes. The kiosk wasn't working in the lobby, no receptionist, leaving a full lobby of people to guess wat to do. I was fine b/c of mobile check-in, but the lobby was restless. The technician was skilled, but appeared to be on her own.

The staff has consistently rushed me and put waiting patients first. I was asked multiple times today “well do you want to just wait while I help other people?” when I was mentally preparing to receive the care. I had made it clear multiple times that it would be a much shorter wait to wait for me to be ready than it would be to restart after helping other patients. In a previous visit the staff said “you need to calm down, other people are waiting”. If you have any sensitivities to having blood drawn, do not go here. Also just don’t go here in general. I was told by a nurse at Planned Parenthood the last time that I had a bad experience that “they shouldn’t rush you like that, if it happens again that sounds like a lawsuit to me”.
