Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care - Schoolcraft Campus

I attended this urgent care needing simple sutures. The receptionist, doctor and nurse were great! However, the lady (Kathy) who roomed us was the farthest thing from nice. We arrived about 30 minutes before they closed (our main urgent care was closed but I needed my deep cut to be stitched up and no way was I about to go to the ER with how bad the flu is going around right now) and she made a rude comment about it. Not only that, but she made my situation seem unimportant, comparing it to what she usually deals with.. ok? I didn't ask. And the sole reason I'm making this complaint is because, to top it off, I asked her if the solution they were going to clean my deep gash with would sting or hurt and she looked me dead in the eyes and said in a snotty and rude tone, "I don't know, I'm no

I highly recommend IHA Schoolcraft. I have saved the spot online before as well as walking in. In both circumstances, I was seen in a timely fashion (I was either the only one waiting or in the waiting room with one other person). It is a very organized and clean office. All the personnel were very kind and professional.

I took my sister here about an hour after they opened. They were quick to provide her care, and the office lady was friendly and was happy to chat while my sister finished her appointment. We were in and out.

Made an appointment , got in on time.. Saw a nurse who took my vitals.. Then the doctor came in. She was pleasant, asking many questions, checking my breathing with her stethoscope.. Sent me for X-rays.. She came back with a diagnosis of pneumonia.. Very early stage of pneumonia.. I received a script for an antibiotic, was out in less than an hour.. Very efficient… I was happy 😆

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Came in without an appointment for an eye infection. Was seen by the nurse for my vitals and then by the Dr. In total probably a half hour from confirming my information at the front to walking out with antibiotic prescription. Clean rooms and hallways. They do have an in house pharmacy but they don’t except American Express.
